Hello! I am so happy that you have chosen to work with me! I am excited to get started and to help you build a brand that serves your clients and helps build your business.

Below is a list of everything you will need to know for use to get started on this project, let's dive in!

Office hours and email
Communication is the number one thing that will keep our collaboration running smoothly. The best way to get in touch with me is by email. 

My office hours are from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6pm

While I will always do my best to get back to you, any communications received outside of these hours will only be taken care of the following work day.

If you prefer to meet online the best way to get ahold of me is by Skype of by Google Hangout. This applies only to meetings booked ahead of time.

     Asana account (Free) 
     Skype account or Google Hangout Account(Free)

Google Drive

Google Drive is where you will find your design brief and all other documents pertaining to our work together. At the end of the project, you will also find your deliverables here. You should have gotten a private link in your welcome email.


We will be using Asana to work together, it is a fantastic and free tool that will help us communicate and keep up with each other's progress. Design is a team sport and Asana is what keeps us in sync.

I never want you to feel like you don’t know what is going on or where we are in the process, hat's why we have Asana. So that you always know what I am up to, and so you always know what you need to do next.

    • Other (headers, social media etc)
  • Final Payement
  • Deliverables
  • Wrap up call/ exit questionnaire

Please note that without the completion of your homework I cannot start the project. 

For real though. 

The delivery date of your project is directly affected by when you hand in your homework, ex: handing it in 2 weeks late pushes the project delivery date back 2 weeks.

Also, note that the final project deliverables will not be given without the reception of the final payment.
